Ritz-Craft

Ritz-Craft is a family owned custom home-builder that builds off-site. Founded in 1954 the homes were called "factory-built homes", in the 70's they became "modular homes", and today they have evolved into "system built homes"; custom homes built-offsite in a climate-controlled facility. Ritz-Craft has consistently modernized its construction methods and technology over the past 53 years, and has used that experience to build the finest quality homes.

Every home that is built is made up of systems like the heating, plumbing, or electrical system. When building a "systems built off-site home", Ritz Craft breaks everything down into a system (floors, walls, ceilings/roofs, plumbing, electrical, etc) and precision engineer those systems into modular sections, using the latest computer aided drafting methods and modern high-tech fastening systems.

Some people ask if their homes are as well built as a site-built home and the reply is "yes, and in many respects, they are built better." This is said with confidence, knowing that the weather doesn't impact Ritz Craft's product integrity and that in-plant quality control procedures and third party inspections ensure a high standard of excellence.
